With a background in hospitality, we believe that we can deliver a 5 star experience by owning and managing our own properties. We are personally invested in your experience with us and want to ensure its unforgettable!

Our names are Kelly and Dave. We've both grown up our entire lives in the greater Tampa bay area and our family absolutely loves spending time on the Weeki Wachee River! We've put a lot of thought and fun into our pet friendly vacation homes. And we believe that's why our properties stand out against the rest.
