This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath home lays out over 1,120 sq. ft. of inside living space. And a very spacious outdoor, waterfront, play space, with Fire Pit!

This home can comfortably sleep 8 people with the following accommodations:

Master Bedroom- King Size.

Spare Bedroom- 2 Twin day beds with 2 Twin pull out trundles.

Living Room - Queen Size Sofa bed.

3 Smart TVs! Including one in each bedroom! Log-in to your favorite streaming Apps. 

Dog friendly (max 2). Sorry no cats allowed.

Tell Me About the Outside:

You are welcome to use the paddle boards, kayaks, and floating mat for no additional charge and at your own risk. Life jackets and paddles are also available. 

The yard is fenced in to secure in furry friends.

Parts of the river and the gulf can get very shallow, especially during low tides. If you are thinking about bringing your own craft we are happy to speak with you about tips and tricks we’ve learned.
