This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home lays out over 1,380 sq. ft. of inside living space; with an additional almost 200 sq. ft. Florida/sun room and over 400 sq. ft. of outdoor deck space. 



LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION-  Close to Roger’s Park, where there is a public beach area, boat ramp and play ground. Also, close to the, always a good time, Upper Deck bar and restaurant.  We love that this home is just West of the Shoal Line bridge making it a quick trip to the gulf for boaters and a quick paddle to the beautiful winding part of the Weeki Wachee river for kayakers. 

Inside Space:

This home can comfortably sleep 9 people with the following accommodations:

Master Bedroom- King Size Bed

Guest Room 1- Queen Size Bed

Guest Room 2- Twin/Full Bunk Bed & a twin loft bed (our kid’s favorite spot is in the hide out underneath!) 

Living Room- Queen Size Pull Out Sofa

4 Smart TVs! Including one in each bedroom! Cast from your phone or log-in to your favorite streaming Aps. 

Dog friendly (max 2 small or 1 large). Sorry no cats as Mama is very allergic. 

Smoke free home. 

Special note- The kitchen is currently featuring an open shelving concept because the cabinet doors are on back order. 

Tell Me About The Outside:

This home is equipped for excitement with 4 single adult, 2 youth and 1 triple kayak. You may also choose to try out Big Red- who we believe is the best beginners stand up paddle board. You will also find a large floating mat to enjoy lounging around on right off the dock. Sorry Jet Ski pictured is not included.   However, there is dock space to tie up your own boat or ski if you choose. 

You are welcome to use kayaks, paddle board and floating mat for no additional charge and at your own risk. Life jackets and paddles are also available. 

The back yard is fenced in along both sides and across the front of side yards to secure in furry friends. One of the side yards is all grass, we call this dog run. Please be aware that there is no fence along the river side of this home. 

Parts of the river and the gulf can get very shallow, especially during low tides. If you are thinking about bringing your own craft we are happy to speak with you about tips and tricks we’ve learned.

What about parking?:

There is a covered car port that holds one car and a second car fits in the driveway. Three additional cars or a boat trailer may be parked in the front yard. 

Who Owns This Place?:

We purchased this home as a family retreat for us our 2 kids and 2 dogs. We love exploring new places and meeting new friends. We work and live full time in Tampa but we enjoy our escapes to magical Weeki Wachee and we hope you do too.

Blackout curtains in all the bedrooms! 

Propane grill in the backyard available for use. Propane is available at the local Winn Dixie, should the bottle be empty.

Lastly, there is a pack-and-play for a little one.

The neighborhood is fun to walk in with many nice houses to sight see down the canal.

There are many things available close by like fishing, boating, sailing, sightseeing, antiquing, golfing, flea market hunting, horseback riding, nature hiking, kayaking, water skiing, swimming, shelling, gambling on the Sun Cruise Casino Boat and more.
