Nestled just a few houses away from the main river, our recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house offers the perfect getaway for nature enthusiasts and water lovers. • Kayaking paradise: We provide 6 kayaks for you to embark on unforgettable adventures along the meandering Weeki Wachee River. Discover the magic of kayaking just 5 miles up the river or venture 2 miles out to the open Gulf waters.
• Hospital Hole: Just a short paddle away, you'll find the famous Hospital Hole. This unique spot is a natural spring known for its crystal-clear waters and an abundance of underwater wildlife. Snorkelers and divers will be enchanted by the experience of exploring this hidden gem.
• Marina convenience: Adjacent to the property is a marina where you can rent John boats or additional kayaks to expand your water explorations. The marina also offers amenities such as ice, bait, and gas for your convenience.
• Ample sleeping space: Our house comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest after a day of adventure.
• Outdoor entertainment: Fire up the gas grill and savor a delicious barbecue while enjoying the tranquil riverside ambiance and breathtaking views. Plenty of room to enjoy the views from our screened-in 215-square-foot back patio.

This home can comfortably sleep 8 people with the following accommodations:

Master Bedroom- King Size Bed

Guest Room 1- Queen Size Bed

Kids Room- Twin over Double Bunk Bed with separate Twin

4 Smart TVs! Including one in each bedroom! Cast from your phone or log-in to your favorite streaming Apps. 

Dog friendly (max 2 small or 1 large). Sorry no cats as Mama is very allergic.

Tell Me About the Outside:

You are welcome to use kayaks, paddle board, canoes and floating mat for no additional charge and at your own risk. Life jackets and paddles are also available. 

The back yard is fenced in along both sides and across the front of side yards to secure in furry friends.

Parts of the river and the gulf can get very shallow, especially during low tides. If you are thinking about bringing your own craft we are happy to speak with you about tips and tricks we’ve learned.

We can’t forget about the largest local attraction- Buccaneer Bay with the world famous live mermaid shows and water park.
